My cylinder was delivered empty. What do you do to guarantee the cylinder is full?

All of our cylinders are subject to appropriate testing procedure and go through very stringent post-fill checks including the use of infrared temperature monitors which will identify whether or not a cylinder has been successfully filled. Our cylinder tracking system registers every cylinder to a fill batch number to ensure we can track the cylinder from filling to delivery.
