How to download a copy of your LIFELINE service report

When you need a copy of your LIFELINE service report, please follow these three simple steps:

1. Sign in to your account or register if you are a new user and choose the 'Orders & Deliveries' tab

2. Choose the correct address in “Show orders to:” and amend the date range if needed. For example, if you know your service was completed in August of 2023 ensure that this is captured in the date range

3. Find the date of your LIFELINE service and click 'Show Documents' to download the 'proof of delivery'. This will be your LIFELINE service report
